It's a basic canvass. Nothing complicated, really. Someone had been murdered in the building - down the hall to be more exact - and they were looking for witnesses. Carson was off desk-duty for added manpower with the precinct's rising number of homicides lately, and he was taking the doors on the left, while Anna took the doors on the right.
